For the fastest order lookup, include your order number and the email used with Sign in with Apple. Never send payment-card details, a password or a security code.

Account and privacy
Delete your account directly in the app from More → Account → Delete my account. You can also email us to request access, correction or export of account data, subject to records that must be retained by law.
