This policy describes how The Poké Center processes personal information when you use the iOS app, make a purchase, receive a delivery or contact support.
Effective October 1, 20262. Information we collect
We may collect your Sign in with Apple identifier or relay email; name and contact details; country, postcode and shipping address; saved profile, cart, favorites, purchases, receipts, refunds and support messages; payment status, currency, amount and processor references; device notification and Live Activity tokens; and security or reliability logs. We do not receive or store your complete payment-card number or Apple Pay credential.

4. Why we use information
We use information to authenticate accounts, remember settings, provide regional quotes, process and verify payments, prevent fraud, fulfill and track orders, provide support, deliver receipts and status notices, secure the service and meet legal duties.
5. Legal bases
Where applicable, processing is based on performing a purchase or account contract, complying with legal obligations, our legitimate interests in security and service operation, and consent where required by law.
6. When information is shared
We share only what is necessary with Apple for sign-in, Apple Pay and notifications; Stripe for payments, fraud checks, settlement and refunds; hosting, database and email providers; the selected supplier or warehouse; and delivery carriers. We do not sell personal information.
7. International transfers
Providers, suppliers or carriers may process information outside your country. Where required, transfers rely on adequacy decisions, contractual safeguards or another valid legal mechanism.
8. Retention
Account information is retained while an account is active and as reasonably required for support. Order, payment-reference, refund, tax and accounting records may be retained for periods required by law. Other records are deleted or anonymized when no longer needed.
9. Security
Production traffic uses HTTPS, operational access is restricted and payment secrets remain on the backend. No transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
10. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability; object to some processing; withdraw consent; or complain to a data-protection authority. Notifications can be disabled in iOS Settings. Signed-in customers can permanently delete their account in the app from More → Account → Delete my account. You may also contact support for privacy assistance.
11. Children
The service is intended for people able to enter a purchase contract and is not directed to children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child supplied information without appropriate authorization.
12. Changes and contact
Material changes will appear on this page with a revised effective date. Contact jay.m_1993@live.com with questions or privacy requests. Do not send payment-card details, passwords or security codes.
